Registration Procedure

You will need the following information in order to complete the online application:

  • Personal information (name, age, address, position, school, roommate preference)
  • Parent/Guardian contact information
  • Emergency contact information
  • Health insurance information
  • Medical history (vaccinations, allergies, medications)
  • Major credit card or PayPal account

A deposit of $200.00 is to accompany the application. Balance due on the first day of camp. Please write camper's name on the check and MAKE PAYABLE TO:

Formal registration on Sunday will be from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m. Camp will close at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. A detailed list of what to bring, additional instructions, suggestions, and directions will be sent to you upon receipt of the registration application, health record, and registration deposit. Players are expected to provide their own equipment.

Refund Policy

If withdrawal is made 15 days prior to camp registration we will refund all fees except a $25 cancellation charge. Withdrawal after this time will result in a $50 cancellation fee. No refund will be made and no deduction will be allowed for late arrival or early departure from camp.
